How to get knowledge to design a cloth + to be wear by popular + important people..

Most of it I want to design a ‘’Muslim’s cloth’’. To be wear by Muslim’s .also can be wear by others. Most of it for youngsters + evergreen.
Also I have a mission to have my own boutique on wonderful design of cloth. I wonder when + where I should do it.
GOD please gives me more faith + courage to have it on my own.
